- As a deep treatment mask, apply a generous amount to a clean dry face - Rinse after 10-15 mins

- As a daily cleanser, lather a small amount to a damp face and rinse off, repeat morning and evening

- Morning and night, massage 6-8 drops over the face, neck and décolletage
- Spread evenly across the face
- Best used after the face mask & daily cleanser or before your foundation for a serious glow
- Apply before your daily SPF
Hempress Renew Oil
- Adults: Take between 5-10 drops, 2-3 times per day
- Shake bottle well
- Increase by 2 drops in 3 day increments if you find continued benefit
- Always store in a cool place away from sunlight
- Can be taken with or without food
