Cancels & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
We want you to get your order ASAP, so we move fast. Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.
Can I return an item(s) I'm not happy with? *Results Guarantee + Free Returns*
Absolutely! We have a hassle-free return policy. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, email us within 30 days from the original purchase date at support@trykure.com. We'll send you a free return postage bag, and your refund will be processed promptly once we receive the returned item.
Can I return an Item purchased at a retail location?
If you purchased Kure products from a retail location, please return them to the place of purchase. We only accept returns from purchases made directly through our website.
What's the refund process?
Once your returned product has been received, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days back to your credit card. If you paid by bank transfer, include your bank account number with your return package for the refund.
I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you still don’t see your refund after that, reach out to us at support@trykure.com for further assistance.

How much is shipping?
New Zealand Orders
Shipping is a flat-rate of $3.95 New Zealand wide.
International Orders
A tracked courier fee of $30 applies. Please check your local regulations on hemp products, as we cannot be held liable for any customs issues.
When can I expect my order?
Orders received before 2 PM NZ time are shipped the same day. A tracking code will be provided upon fulfilment, and delivery typically takes 1-2 days within New Zealand.
How can I track my order?

What if my order arrives missing an item(s)?

I have sensitive digestion, how can I avoid discomfort with the oils?
If you're taking the oils on an empty stomach and experiencing discomfort, try taking them with food. Start with a smaller dose and gradually increase until you find the right balance.
Can I use more than one Kure oil at a time?
Yes! For best results, we recommend starting with one of our bundles like Hempseed Oil & Maca, as these ingredients can enhance the effects of Kure oil.
Should I stop my medication when using Kure products?

What’s the difference between hemp oil and hempseed oil?
Hemp oil is derived from the whole plant and contains cannabinoids like CBD, while hempseed oil comes from the seeds and is rich in nutrients but does not contain cannabinoids. Both have different benefits: hemp oil helps with stress, pain, and sleep, while hempseed oil is great for skin health and balancing hormones.
Why is my balm not providing immediate relief?
Hemp balms are designed to work gradually. For some people, relief may take a few applications. If you don’t notice a difference within 7-10 days, try using our Relief Balm more consistently or in combination with one of our oils for enhanced benefits.
