Can I cancel my order?

We want you to get your order ASAP, so we move fast. Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.

Can I return an item(s) I'm not happy with? [30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: It works or free return postage]

We have a no hassles return policy. If in the unlikely event your product doesn't give you the results you want, simply email us within 30 days from your original purchase date at and we'll send you a free return postage bag. When your item has been received, your refund will be promptly issued to your nominated account or card.

Can I return an Item purchased at a retail location?

All purchases of Kure products made at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase. Kure is not able to accept returns and/or refund customers who attempt to return a retail purchase through our website.

What's the refund process?

When your returned product has been received your refund will be processed within 3-5 days back to your credit card. If you paid for your order by bank transfer, please include the bank account number with your return package.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

How much is shipping?

New Zealand Orders
Shipping is a flat-rate of $3.95 New Zealand wide.

International Orders
International orders incur a tracked courier fee of $30. 

Please note: All deliveries to countries other than New Zealand need to abide by the laws relating to the import of hemp products into each country.
Kure will not be held liable for any customs duties applied to the product on arrival nor will we compensate for the loss of any delivery due to product being ceased by customs officials.  To date we have had no problem with product being ceased by customs officials at any country. 

When can I expect my order?

Orders received before 2pm NZ time will be shipped the same day. Upon fulfilment of your order a tracking code will be sent to you and delivery should take place within 1-2 days depending on your address (New Zealand orders).

My tracking says my order was delivered but I never received it?

Carriers and tracking information can be tricky. It’s not uncommon for a shipment to experience some delays or for a carrier to mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until the next day.

Can I use more than 1 of the Kure drops?

Yes you can. However, for optimal results, it's recommended to follow one of Kure's systems that incorporate Hempseed Oil & Maca first, as these ingredients can enhance the effects of your Kure oil.

What can I expect during the first week of my journey?

During the first week of your journey with Kure, your primary focus is to ensure that you are taking the appropriate amount of oils for your body. Here's what you can expect during this initial phase:

Monitoring Stress Management: In the first three days of using Kure products, pay close attention to how your body manages stress. You should look for signs of improvement in your stress levels. This can include feeling more relaxed, having a greater sense of calmness, or experiencing a reduction in anxiety.

Assessing Sleep Quality: Another important aspect to observe during the initial week is your sleep patterns. Quality sleep is closely related to how well your body manages stress. Keep track of any changes in your sleep, such as improved sleep duration, deeper rest, or feeling more refreshed upon waking up.

Adjusting Dosage if Needed: If after three days you notice no improvement in either stress management or sleep quality, it may be beneficial to increase your dosage. If you started with 7 drops of oil, you can try increasing it to 10 drops. Similarly, if you began with 3 capsules, you can consider increasing to 5 capsules in the morning.

By closely monitoring these indicators and making necessary adjustments to your dosage, you can ensure that you are on the right track to achieve the desired results and maximise the benefits of Kure products. Remember, everyone's body is unique, so it's important to find the optimal dosage that works best for you.

If, by the end of the second week, you haven't observed any changes, please consider increasing your intake of Kure drops to 3 times a day, with 10 drops each time.

What does it mean if I'm not getting results right away?

Sometimes, the body needs more time to respond. Be patient and persistent, as it took time for your body to reach its current state. Improvement may also require additional time.
