Kure Plus is easy to take.
1. Shake the bottle well first.
Natural sediment can settle at the bottom, so give the bottle a good shake before every use. The oil should appear dark green.
2. Count your drops.
3. Take the drops directly under your tongue.
That is the easiest way to take Kure Plus.
Can't see the drops?
If you are not in front of a mirror, put the drops onto the back of your clean hand and lick them off.
That can make it easier to see exactly how many drops you are taking.
Most important
Try to take the same amount at the same times each day.
If you are using the 2-times-a-day schedule, make it part of your morning and evening routine.
If you are using the 3-times-a-day schedule, add a middle-of-the-day dose too.
