It’s simple:
Increase by 1 drop per dose every 3 days.
For example, if you are taking Kure Plus 3 times a day:
Days 1–3: 3 drops each time
Days 4–6: 4 drops each time
Days 7–9: 5 drops each time
Then keep going:
Days 10–12: 6 drops each time
…and continue the same pattern if needed.
If you are taking it 2 times a day, the same rule applies:
Start at 5 drops, then increase to 6, then 7, then 8, with each amount used for 3 days.
Do not increase every day.
Give each new amount 3 days before increasing again.
When you find the amount that works well for you, stop increasing and stay at that amount for another 7 days.
Your goal is not to take as much as possible.
Your goal is to find the amount that works for you, then eventually use the lowest amount that keeps giving you the result you want.
