Shipping policy

Orders received before 2pm NZ time will be shipped the same day. Upon fulfilment of your order a tracking code will be sent to you and delivery should take place within 1-2 days depending on your address.

All orders NZ-wide incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.95

Please note: All deliveries to countries other than New Zealand need to abide by the laws relating to the import of hemp products into each country.

International orders incur a courier fee of $30 minimum, please contact us for a quote for delivery to your country.

Kure Ltd will not be held liable for any customs duties applied to the product on arrival nor will we compensate for the loss of any delivery due to product being ceased by customs officials.   

To date we have had no problem with product being ceased by customs officials at any country. 

We're a small team doing our best to create something special for New Zealanders. We stand by our products 100%, but just to give you some reassurance, We put our money where our mouth is. We want to give you the peace of mind that IF you were to make a return for whatever reason, we’ll make it easy as.
