For Kure Plus Full Spectrum, adults start with 5-7 drops, 2-3 times daily, increasing to 8-10 drops as needed; children take 2-3 drops, 2-3 times daily, always shaking the bottle well, storing it in a cool, sun-free place, and taking with or without food.

Full Spectrum has a nutty taste that can be blended into yogurt, juice, or any food you like.

Every formula from Kure is produced in small batches to maintain ultra high-quality in New Zealand.
