How to use
Hemp Clay Mask & Daily Cleanser
- As a deep treatment mask, apply a generous amount to a clean dry face
- Rinse after 10-15 mins
- Repeat 2-3 times a week

For the Hemp Face Serum, massage 6-8 drops over your face, neck, and décolletage morning and night, spreading evenly and using after the mask and cleanser or before foundation and daily SPF. For the Relief Balm, massage it between your fingers to soften and apply anywhere on the body. For Full Spectrum, adults start with 5-7 drops, 2-3 times daily, increasing to 8-10 drops as needed; children take 2-3 drops, 2-3 times daily, always shaking the bottle well, storing it in a cool, sun-free place, and taking with or without food. For Hemp Seed Oil & Maca, adults take 3-5 capsules daily with water and store in a cool, dry place.
