How to use

- As a deep treatment mask, apply a generous amount to a clean dry face

How do I use this product?
For the Hemp Clay Mask & Daily Cleanser, apply a generous amount to a clean, dry face as a mask, rinse after 10-15 minutes, and repeat 2-3 times a week; as a cleanser, lather a small amount on a damp face and rinse off, using morning and evening. For the Hemp Face Serum, massage 6-8 drops over your face, neck, and décolletage morning and night, spreading evenly and using after the mask and cleanser or before foundation and daily SPF. For the Relief Balm, massage it between your fingers to soften and apply anywhere on the body. For Full Spectrum, adults start with 5-7 drops, 2-3 times daily, increasing to 8-10 drops as needed; children take 2-3 drops, 2-3 times daily, always shaking the bottle well, storing it in a cool, sun-free place, and taking with or without food. For Hemp Seed Oil & Maca, adults take 3-5 capsules daily with water and store in a cool, dry place.
How do the products taste and smell?
Full Spectrum has a nutty taste that can be blended into yogurt, juice, or any food you like. Hempseed Oil & Maca are tasteless since the ingredients are encapsulated. The topical products—Serum, Clay Mask, and Balm—are wonderfully fragrant and delightful to use.
